Candidates applying to this job must be able to:

Work closely with customer to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project
Work closely with Billing department to analyze and control project profitability and revenue
Define deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery
Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built-in contingencies
Be involved in project cost calculation and project / company risk management
Manage, monitor, and motivate the teams assigned to the project
Conduct project presentations and compile reports
Bid proposal management, development of project proposals in accordance with the analysis
Manage and follow up on contracts
Evaluate time schedules, project milestones and costs specific to the project
Carry customer acceptance tests
Develop and prepare business cases including risk analysis
Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
Learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Fluently read, write and speak Arabic and English (French is a plus)

Candidates applying to this job must have:

A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
Strong understanding of the software development cycle
The ability to motivate the project team to meet tight deadlines
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Know-how of efficient Project Management Methods
Willingness to travel if needed.
