» How can I change my password?
To change your password, follow these steps:
  1. Click Change Password from the Web Services menu.
  2. Fill up your base domain name (e.g. netdesignplus.net). If you don't know your base domain name, ask your account administrator.
  3. You will be redirected to change your password. If a security popup appears, please accept it by clicking on Yes.
  4. Fill in your username, old password, new password, and confirm your new password.
  5. Your new password must abide to our Password Policy available here.
  6. Click on Submit.

» I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
To reset your password, you must contact your account administrator or open a new ticket under our ticket system.
If you forgot your ticket system password as well, you must contact your account administrator.
We will not accept requests for resetting account passwords except from account administrators.

» How can I check my website statistics?
The URL to check your website statistics is sent upon account creation. The title of the email is "Welcome to NetDesignPlus Hosting Service".
This email, in addition to other important information, includes the URL, username, and password to use for checking your website statistics.
If you lost this email or forgot your username and password, please contact us or open a new ticket.

» How can I update my website content?
If your website is a dynamic website developed by NetDesignPlus sarl, you will be able to update your website using your administration interface that was provided for you at website completion.
If your website is not dynamic or if your website is developed in-house, you can simply use FTP to update your files or use any provided administration interface to do so.
Please contact the party that developed your website for more information.
